ACCESS?
The next Vide Dressing event will kick off for customers at 10am until 3pm. You will have access to set up your stall from 9am, which gives you 1 hour max. The Vide Dressing team will also be there from 9am to help setting yourself up.
WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING FOR THE DAY?

Clothing rack and / or table if you haven’t booked one with us

Mirror

Hangers

Bottle of water and/ or food

Cash change - at least NZD 100 recommended
YOUR STALL?
At the French Market Day event 1 stall = 1,5m * 1m or 2,5m2 APPROXIMATELY
All stalls must occupy the space allocated / marked out for them and must not encroach into aisle space. For safety reasons, any item that exceeds the stall space will be removed.
MERCHANDISE YOUR CLOTHES!
We recommend you to prepare your clothes / shoes / accessories before the Vide Dressing event by:

Putting a tag price on

Cleaning, ironing and / or steaming your clothes.
Keep in mind that you will have more chance to sell your clothes if those are well merchandised, cleaned, steamed with the tag price on it!
CASH CHANGE?
You will need to have cash change with you. A the French Festival, the organisers will operate a cash-out service for members of the public.
CUSTOMERS FACILITIES?

3 changing rooms are available in the Vide Dressing area.

Restrooms are very close by the Vide Dressing area.
LOSS & DAMAGE OF YOUR STUFF?
In the event of loss and/ or damage of your valuables brought to the venue, Vide Dressing Auckland is not responsible whether within or outside the building.
PROHIBITION?

No alcohol on the stall. Stalls shall not serve any drinks at all. Free water will be provided if needed.

Whilst the venue is smoke free, there are designated external areas where smoking is permitted. Please ask venue staff for locations.
CLEANING AND WASTE?
Please ensure all waste and packaging from your stand has been placed in a bin before you leave. There will be a fee for any stall that leave rubish and require additional cleaning by our cleaners.
